I’ve ordered but I haven’t received a confirmation email/ tracking number? 

  • Before placing order please make sure you input a email or the correct email address. If you still have not received a confirmation after, please email our support team so we can resend the email or SMS ( if a email was not input). ERAOFOXYINFO@GMAIL.COM

 

  • If you’ve received a email confirmation but your order hasn’t received a tracking #, your order has not been shipped out yet. Tracking numbers will be sent when your package has been shipped. Shipping times are available on out website.

 

My shipping label has been printed, but it's still in the same spot.. Whats going on?

  • We pre-print all of our shipping labels as apart of our "Pre-shipment" Phase. Please do not fret, if your label has been printed that means It will be shipping soon! This could vary up to a couple of days, to 2 weeks. Please be patient with our team & make sure to check your tracking often for updates.

 

I’ve paid for express shipping but my order is still not here?

  • Items are PRE-ORDER. Unless we have these items on hand, express shipping is for when your order arrives to us! MANUFACTURING AND PROCESSING TIMES ARE 2 - 7 WEEKS. Please keep this in mind before ordering. Tracking will be sent when your order has shipped! 

 

Do you ship international?

    • Yes we do! International shipping can take a little bit longer than domestic orders. 

     

    How can I track my order?

      • You can track your orders via our website! Under "Need Help?" > TRACK YOUR ORDER 

       

      Can I apply for refunds or cancelations? 

        • Refunds are only provided in the event that we made a mistake. All orders with chargebacks WILL BE CANCELLED. Without exceptions. Before or after buying, please make sure to read all the policies.

         

        I put the wrong address, how do I change that?

        • You can contact our support team to help you change your address. Please make sure to provide your ORDER NUMBER (#0000 THE FOUR NUMBERS), Name, New Correct Address, Phone Number, & Desired Email Address. 

         

        I put the wrong address and my package has been returned.. How do I go about getting it re-shipped?

        • Please make sure before ordering that all inputs of your address is correct. For the safety and viability of my team, all returned packages will be shipped out after all current orders have been fulfilled. There is now a $5 FEE for RE-SHIPMENT for inconvenience and extra shipping cost. If the mistake is upon our end, the shipping fee will be waived
