We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.

We accept items for exchange if it is defective. There is no refunds unless you have received a defective product.

Items must be in new unused condition with original packaging. Tags still in tact, an no odor.


If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is not refunded.

We will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. Please contact USPS for any missing or stolen packages.
